🔁 Returns

You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition, with tags attached

  • Returned in original or equivalent packaging

To start a return:
Email us at support@divasculture.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll get back to you in 1–2 business days with instructions.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
We’ll do our best to make it happen — just let us know in your return email.

Note: Exchanges depend on stock availability.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service — we’re not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items

  • Sale items marked Final Sale

  • Worn, damaged, or washed items

  • Gift cards
